Worst management team ever!!!! I got my property in Feb 2021. I actively tried to contact this company to set up my account to pay condo fee, to manage parking and to get mailbox key. However, I tried to call almost every 2 days from March 2021 to the end of April 2021. I finally got to access someone. And the first thing they told me was I owing condo fees. When I was making those phone calls almost every 2 days, I left my personal contact information each time to the front desk, and asked them to contact me back. I even offered the option to visit the location and got things resolved, but got refused because of Covid. I understand it is a tough time during Covid; however, I can NOT tolerant when they said I owed their condo fees, and I said I did not get any notice at all, and they said I did not provide personal information. They blamed me for not setting up direct withdrawals, and blamed me for not providing information and missed their notice. While if you want to contact me and take a look at their pre-authorized direct withdrawal form, you can see there is not even a space to provide your current mail address. How rediculous the people working in this company?!! If you also have a property with this company, please be specific careful when dealing with them.

A couple years ago, a classmate tried to get me to room with him in these apartments. I'm glad that I turned him down since these apartments are so poorly maintained and doesn't live up to the fire code. Sometimes being cheap isn't always a good thing especially for a place of living.
