        Very bad experience. I almost bought 10 clothes from them and had a damage on one of them. I was out of province so couldnt return in time. I understand the return or exchange policies but I at least expect them to be empathetic rather than being very rude to their customer. Never going back to this store. Please have good customer service in this competitive industry for better customer retention.
