I have called this clinic multiple times and I have to say- I cannot believe how rude the receptionist is! They should definitely look into getting another receptionist if they wish to have satisfied patients! So disappointing!!

I was contacted by Dr. Marksons secretary to reschedule an appointment. The secretary was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was blaming me for a miscommunication that occurred between my family doctors office and Dr. Marksons office. She told me that the doctor was waiting for me for half an hour (as I could not make the first appointment because I was out of the country). She was yelling at me through the phone and would not let me explain myself. I had asked where the location was on the phone and the secretary responded with you have been here before. Extremely rude and very disappointing for a specialist office where patients wait a long time to get an appointment. This secretary was very condescending, rude, and pretentious. It makes me very uneasy and uncomfortable to go into my appointment.
