If I could give 0 stars, I would. It is next to impossible to through to even speak to a receptionist. All of the older receptionists have left and all these new ones refuse to answer phones and work. On the off chance that someone does answer, they are extremely rude and refuse to help whatsoever. Dr Perera has been my family doctor for 15 years and I am leaving this clinic solely because of the disgusting, rude and lazy receptionists.

Have made phone call appointments and the doctor not call me even when many messages are sent to her by reception. The appointments are for my unwell mother and are time sensitive and important. Older Receptionists are dismissive, and rude. Most recently the doctor not calling for our appointment when we had two other professionals waiting on the call to speak with the doctor. She had thought it was for a different date, yet reception had called me weeks ago to change the date to better work for the doctor. Consistently disappointed.

Doctors were good no different than any other walk in clinic. Be careful which person you get when you check in especially first thing in the morning. I waited outside for 20 mins before they opened being 2nd in line but I got a slow person checking me in resulting me going 5th in line. Instead of being called within 10 mins I had to wait an extra 2 hours.

The receptionist are unresponsive and you get contradicting advise on the phone than you are in person. The staff is rude and May belittle you when trying to coordinate appointments.

The doctors are great but they terribly delayed. If you have an appointment youre waiting at least an hour before they see you.
