Worked here for 6 months. Management is rude and disrespectful. After having the hiring manager fired (which had hired me and my other new colleagues as well) no one was informed and a previous manager came in to fill her place. Negative environment bashing the previous assistant manager and no sense of professionalism. No clarity on procedures that were taught in training and I got written up for doing what I was taught to do. No heads up about being written up either. Unprofessional management led me to roles which were out of my job description including having to go to another office 45 mins from my home and having to take shifts on days I had class, which was stressful. Vaughan office assistant manager Lili is rude and really needs to figure out how to communicate with people. After talking to my previous colleague I realized this isnt the first time she did this.
