I highly recommnd Frank and his team and will definitely be working with him for all of our future transactions. Frank worked closely with us on the sale of our primary residence and helped us time the staging and sale perfectly. We ended up selling for $150k over the previous highest sale price in the neighborhood (and subsequently $300k over sale prices only 8 weeks later once interest rates increased). Frank's knowledge of real estate market dynamics and shifting trends ensured that we listed at an optimal time and maximized the equity/ROI of our home. One of the best team of realtors to deal with and they service clients from all ranges. Initially when we came across Frank through social media, we were under the impression that they just sell $1MM+ homes. But after talking to him and letting him know that our budget is less, he willingly accepted us. Have been touch with him since last two years but didn't pursue as we were still making our minds about property buying. This summer we reached out to Frank again asking him for guidance and like always he helped us. Frank and Flora really helped us in getting our first home. They were professional and at the same time very prompt in responding. They really show you well when it comes to showings and open houses and give you a true picture. There were times when we weren't able to decide but Flora really helped us and together with Frank guided to us to make right decisions.
