Multi billion dollar company that still has a PO box instead of a real mail address in 2023. Horrendously slow to process everything by design.

I bought a subaru from a subaru dealership, and financed it with toyota credit canada. I wanted to pay my car's remaining loan in full, did the payment and 2 days later everything was in order. I put 4 stars because their website isn't effective. I've had to try multiple times to register my car as it wouldn't let me. It finally worked on ny 7th attempt.

I would put 0 stars if I could. They will take your money but no one will be available to assist you. Don't buy a Lexus or Toyota, the number 1 most stolen car in Canada. Once your car is stoled you will have the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with a company that will waste countless hours, days, weeks, and months of your life and will take 3 months to do a job that should only take 2 weeks by industry standards. I was never able to speak with the person who was designated to my case (Joanne) who was in training or on holiday Every time I called. Customer care agent AAKANXA is incredibly rude, she will laugh at your misfortune and frustrations. She doesn't have any empathy or compassion to customers who's vehicle has been stolen. I made several attempts to speak to a manager, left messages and voicemails. No one ever called back. I will never purchase another lexus again. Save yourself the stress and headache and stay away.
