Lenovo (Canada) Inc

I found they offer a wide range of products and financing was a breeze . I recently got a phone upgrade and sadly chose the new Google phone ( big mistake) since I can't be phoneless I decided to look here and found they offer phones threw Motorola ( remeber the awesomeness of as razor?) When I seen the crazy prices I thought it had to be in American ! But no they really are that cheap and not only that but came in three days ,even tho we had major snow storm and I live in a small remotesh community. After this I quickly decided I'd buy a labtop from them also :) great store keep up the good work

Horrible! Had a great initial experience but when I returned the item due to poor quality, the refund is taking forever. Spoken with customer service many times and they keep telling me to wait. And so I wait but even then the refund has not arrived. Asked for a Manager, but they would not transfer the call. Very poor customer service where they just try to shove you off with promises. It is my money and they dont want to return it? I have never, ever experienced this with any other company and am astounded with Lenovo's terrible business ethics.

do not buy any product from Lenovo no software support and transfer your call back and foward , do not west your time and money stuck with them

Poor customer service, and officially I filed a complaint about the product not been delivered on time. The overseas customer services are so bad.. what a pathetic Lenovo!!!!! Poor!!!!!!!!!!!
