I ordered custom desk calendars for my organization - SOHO's team member Karen was amazing from the beginning - she was quick to give me a quotation, sending the proof and making changes as needed. The entire team went above and beyond to print the calendars in good quality and on time. There were two blurry pictures and they were gracious enough to reprint those two pages and bind them again within a tight budget. It was a lot of work on their end, yet they did everything on time and the product is of top quality! Thank you so much SOHO Team!!! I have called them Monday to ask leadtime for printing my House 2012 manual that I need for George Brown CE and I received it today, delivered to my house. That's like 24 hours service. I have worked with them from my previous office and they never fail to impress! Well done to the team! Excellent service! Thank you!

This company is great! quick responses and quality work. It was a one stop solution for holiday cards for my company from creating the graphic design to printing the cards with matching envelopes. I know my colleagues use them for labels as well and there haven't been any complaints.

I bought a couple of books. First one had trouble with the delivery fee and they were quick to ask for it. The second order I made sure was paid so package will not be delayed as I need them for my ongoing course. It's been 4 days and nothing showed up. The UPS delivery or SOHO customer service line never responded to my email inquiries and I just left voicemails and still waiting. With no refund policy and crapy delivery and service, I think I should report it to the college who seems to make a deal with them to print their course workbook to look for another vendor.
