        Thank you David and team for working so hard during our major snow storm. Your service and hard work is appreciated!! We have used AOK for summer, fall clean up and winter for many years and have been extremely happy with the service. David and his team are honest and very reliable.

        Paid the guy in October for full and extra service. Of course now that he has my 85yo Mother's money he hasn't bothered to show up for either the two snow falls/freezing rain we have had so far. The driveway is so packed with snow and ice now that the medical vehicles cannot access the house to get her in and out. He refuses to answer his emails or any of the many phone numbers he has listed. Trying to get a refund which of course is near impossible as he is unreachable. Taking advantage of the elderly like this is shameful
