    While booking some travel through the BMORewards program i had the unfortunate experience of not realizing they were being used to attempt to book the travel. While the points AND money were debited from my account , i receive a muffled call from a random service agent that doesn't even indicate what company they are working for. indicating one of my flights is cancelled but provided no further information. After i do some additional digging on who called me i discovered it was Engage People who was calling and handling this booking. My initial call with EngagePeople is poor with it being obvious there is either very little training / abilities or them purposefully making it so convoluted you don't know where to go or what to do. In this initial muffled call (where they didn't even indicate what company or department this was) i get passed around in an endless queue of poorly trained operators with very little knowledge or the ability to do anything (they couldn't bring up anything more than my name and cancelled flight dates) . All additional calls and attempts to get his escalated did not generate any movement or success on resolving this issue The only outcomes that come from this are them providing with the BMO rewards number or back into the revolving queue of helpless agents. This issue still remains and unresolved with no clear path for resolution. I haven't seen a consistently poor group of service agents where you feel as helpless as this if you are trying to get an issue resolved. I would be extremely cautious and hesitant to use these people if they are being utilized for your travel or rewards programs

    They steal your money, and waste your time. We ordered a small kitchen appliance product 2 months ago with BMO rewards, and received notification that it shipped 1 month ago. After roughly a dozen phone calls, we are no closer to a resolution. We have had the issue escalated for 1 month, and have yet to receive 1 response from their escalation team. Their customer service seems to be focused on keeping their customers in the dark. Every agent has a different procedure, with different tools; you cannot talk to a supervisor (they won't even call you if requested), and the escalation team does not communicate AT ALL. So far, I have been promised 2-4 business days (nothing), a call within 2-3 hours (no call, and when followed up, was told that it is 24 hours before they call. After 24 hours, still no call), and there is no end in sight for the resolution of this issue. I would give them zero stars, but it is not possible. This
