        I had a bluetooth speaker that broke last year but within the warranty period when I called. They made it very difficult to have the warranty fulfilled and it ended up getting delayed past the warranty period. Each time I call they seem to want to send me away instead of help. I understand they cant make it too easy but was disappointed. I tried to take it apart myself to fix it with no luck, had to buy a new one.
