I have informed my billing issue to Metergy and they can't fix the problem for me almost 2 weeks since from 2023 April 10. Metergy overcharged me $60.60 on my current bill and has failed to explain how the extra money came about and why there was a missing credit( a bill on 2022 )after cancelling 3 bills (one on 2022 , two on 2023)that were replaced by 2 rebills (on 2023). They have also not responded to my recent email. When I ask about the missing credit, none of the responses are directed to the credit, only how they generate the new bills (just read out the the numbers on bills). They are not even answering my question nor investigating the real issue at hand. Customer Care service is not helpful and they didn't investigate my account carefully. So disappointed on their management and billing system. What I can do is >> I plan to pay my actual usage on my current bill before the due date. I will not pay any extra that they put on top of my actual usage without cause/explanation. I will reserve my rights to report this issue to the Customer Protection Ontario for concerns if there are any interests or remaining unreasonable charges on my current account balance after 2023 May 1st (billing due date)due to this crediting/billing issue. Again, the customer care service is not helpful, I expect a response from a supervisor who has thoroughly done the investigation to provide an explanation. Please do not ask me to contact your customer care representatives ( e.g.Priya,Diana,Diksha,Swarna,Michelle) to re-write the story again and again and re-submit the information again and again. I have spent much time on this with you( Metergy) over these 2 weeks, your supervisor (Metergy) can contact me/reply my recent email to fix the billing issue and you know my email address as well. I will update here if they can finally resolve my billing issue in this month. I hope Metergy can have a responsibility to their customers ! 2023-04-20 @5:00pm

Absolutely deplorable customer service. I paid a bill in full in January and have been inundated with collection calls for months wrongfully attempting to collect an amount that I've already paid. I keep being assured that the matter will be escalated and dealt with, yet here we are. The incompetence of this organization is absolutely staggering and I will be taking legal action if their unfounded harassment of me continues.

The worse experience that I ever had in my life. They took a refundable deposit from my bank account right after I registered with them last year, and now Im waiting for the refund cheque since December as Ive moved to a new place. Whenever I ask them they say Itll be mailed out soon. Very ridiculous!!!!
