I came to Strength and Exercise two years ago and have seen great improvement in my overall fitness. My original concern had been to address osteopina in my back. Between the weight training with Cory and supplements, my bone density had increased a year and a half later with the next time of testing. Cory is cheerful, encouraging, extremely knowledgeable and competent. Thank you Cory!

Super Slow is a 30 minute session of intense weight training a week ideally with a certified personal trainer like Cory Chevrefils, who owns Strength and Exercise. I tried doing Super Slow on my own after I read about what an efficient way it is to get fit and lean, but I found it very difficult, so I looked for a certified trainer in Ontario. It made all the difference working out one on one with Cory. He pushed me gently to the strongest I have ever been. After a few months I was in the park and half heartedly tried to do some chin ups and to my surprise I could do several, and for a 40 year old woman that is saying a lot!
