Cristini Athletics deserves a true 10/10. From the supporting environment to the amazing coaches. Everyone keeps cheering you on and keeps you feeling motivated. I completed the 6 week MC Fit Bootcamp. It was the best workouts Ive ever done. I left class feeling better than Ive ever felt. Maria is so amazing she goes above and beyond, from consistent follow up messages, help with food and overall kindness. There are so many variations of workouts that they offer and you will definitely feel the burn the next day ( in an amazing way). This is a gym you must join! They are all so amazing check them out!!

The kids and Teen fitness program is amazing. Coach Marianne is so knowledgeable. She is a true natural, pushing them to their limits and having fun all with a smile. So happy we found this place.

Cristini Athletics changed my life! I was sooo intimidated to join, but it was the best and most rewarding decision I have ever made. People at all levels of fitness are welcome here. Each challenging workout is scaled to the participant's ability, and the coaches make sure the movements are being performed correctly and offer advice and encouragement to everyone. It's like having a personal trainer for each workout. The community is fun and supportive. Over time, I could see positive changes in myself physically and mentally as well. I was so apprehensive and hesitant at the beginning, and it quickly became the best hour of my day. Don't hesitate to take that first step....you will be so glad you did!

By far the best CrossFit gym. If you are looking for a place where you can get fit and be coach by the best athletes, this is your place. I joined CrossFit Markham 7 years ago, I was hoping to get fit, I never knew that in addition I was going to be part of the most amazing community of true athletes.
