        Love the classes. Anyone in any shape can take classes and feel comfortable. The instructors understand that we are not all at the same fitness level. Just show up and do your best, thats it! Highly encourage women that think they are not ready for this type of workout to take the leap. You got this!

        Absolutely love the environment at go girl. Everyone is so welcoming and ultimately trying to achieve similar goals. It's like a family and the trainers are amazing. Highly recommend. Not only do you feel great, but you look great by the end of it. If anything tells 5/5 it's my third time enrolling + I trained for Spartan race/ participated with them.
