StGPM Group

I am currently living in one of building St.GPM manage, last week there was leaking from the unit from above, I contact manager who address quickly and kept me updated the whole time. I would like to recommend St.GPM to everyone.

Lived in a building StGPM managed for 3 years and had nothing but bad experiences. They're unprofessional and unresponsive... at one point they ignored 20+ communication attempts (emails, phone calls, and even stayed home from work to attempt in-person meetings, but management wasn't in-office during "office hours") --- we eventually had to get the CMRAO involved to get a response, but all it lead to was a hollow "apology" from StGPM, where they still failed to even get the facts correct. Even the on-site building staff often complained to residents about StGPM's unresponsiveness and treatment of staff. Our building eventually let them go, not soon enough.

Completely useless. Better not have any issues while youre living in one of their buildings, but if you do be prepared to pay lots of money to them to manage the property each month and deal with the issues yourself.
