$5,600/2nights 7 bedrooms resorts. We suppse it is full service, however they even locked the kitchen! Without kitchen we need pretty much bring everything except the tent. The microwave is broken, the light is not working, the curtain is transparent. The doors and windows were no maintain. When you try to open or close you need to use your Olympic spirit to open or close! Everything seems so low quality and they charge extremely high price. I never seen so greedy business person. Want reward without give out. It is shame for them to do business like that way! Now I know why they don't post their indoor pictures on their website. How could this kind of business running long? Maybe they never think doing it long, just grab each single counts!

When I read the reviews about how they didn't take any covid caution procedures I was a bit skeptical. Personally, I don't really mind i'm fully vaxxed and I have a strong immune system. I went to celebrate my mom's birthday so I was a bit worried for her, even though shes also been vaxxed. Right when we get there, they take our temperature and make sure we are not experiencing any covid symptoms. Which for a resort/inn/rental, it is already very safe. The area was very big and because we didn't go in the water, we stayed more on the grassier side, which had shade and honestly it was probably the best spot. They had a floating deck also where I got a very lovely tan! They also check your temperature to ensure everyones safety, so for those worried about covid, you don't need to worry!!

I'd say your paying more for the views than the cottage itself. Which too many of us that is more than we need after this long life pause of the pandemic. They have amazing views, great staff team on site and just overall a beautiful location. Their resort is a 40 minutes drive from where i stay which is near richmond hill. It is super close and easy to access to. The views are beautiful especially at sunset. They are great with guests and I would for sure come back next year!

Booking got cancelled 2 weeks prior to the visit through a system generated text message. Not a single word of apology. Called customer service. No alternative soution. No compensate. The cs person said it was just unlucky. Well, I do hope you folks are lucky enough to see this post and avoid them before too late.
