I recently visited the Bell store in Markville mall to get a postpaid connection and I must say that I was very impressed with the level of service I received. As a new comer to Canada, I was struggling to find a network provider that could help me get connected, but the staff at this Bell store were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Sales representative Suzan went above and beyond to answer all my doubts and help me get the best plan for my needs. She even managed to get me a student offer, which was a great bonus. I highly recommend this Bell store to anyone who is looking for a new connection. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and they will do everything they can to help you get the best plan for your needs. Overall, I had a great experience at this store and I would definitely visit again in the future.

Extremely bad service. Not willing to provide the solution. At the end simply verify by SMS . To solve the problem the gentleman is unprofessional

We had a service type need to go into the Markville shop this morning. I expected it to be a bigger deal than it actually was. The store associate, David, was so kind and helpful while helping my 85 year old Aunt! Thank you!!
