Bell

I had an excellent experience here at the Bell store. I recommend it for those who need help, those who consider themselves "technology illiterate", or those who suffer from the constant battery of sales/deals that swarm the unprepared consumer. I have gone to several Bell stores, as well as their competitors, looking for a new phone plan that will aid me in my new career; that being said, this location was the only location that assisted me with my turmoil despite my inability to keep up with modern demands of understanding cellphones. I felt the staff here, especially the manager, held my hand (metaphorically) every step of the way, including calling their customer service on my behalf (when other locations told me they couldn't help me with that process) to set up my request. If I had to describe this location in a few words, it would be the words you would find on a well written resume of your most reliable coworker: PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, RESOURCEFUL, HELPFUL.

Amazing service, while a one exception, I was running late and the store had already closed, but Sarah and Kevin allowed me to do what I intended to do there and helped me in switching out a device. I was very happy and thankful for their service.

Definitely not recommend this store, the lady inside had a very bad attitudejust went to the store and asked some general questions about the plan, and the lady was likeif you do not have the money dont come in those kind of attitude

My husband and I had the chance to get dealt by Sarah at the Bell store in Pacific Mall and she was the kindest person. Her demeanor, patience, the time she took to go over things multiple times and her person advice was highly effective and appreciated. We left with a new plan and a new phone thanks to her and we could not be happier. If you ever want to switch to Bell I advise anyone in the GTA to take the time to visit this location just to be dealt by Sarah, shes amazing!

Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable in sales and customer support. Pays attention to details no matter if the sales is big or small. So, we always book appointment in advance to request her service. Moreover, the other fellow staff at that store are also very friendly and ready to offer assistance. Way to go Sarah and team!!
