        Absolutely horrid customer service. Will give you a delivery date very close to your order time and then within a couple of days the ETA changes to 4 weeks out. Then 6. Then who knows what. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They avoid emails and phone calls at all costs.

        My contractors purchased double sliding patio doors at Home Depot manufactured by KP Building Supplies. The door frame was out making it impossible for the doors to close properly. Everything was measured, squared and plum except for the top part of the frame. Poor manufacturing quality.
