Lighting system is a complete waste of money. I've had nothing but problems with them. They have quit working again & the warranty is only good for a year. Have had them installed now for 2 years. Would not recommend them.

The company offers interesting and attractive products. However, their written installation instructions for railings are sorely incomplete, miss steps and have completely incorrect info in some places. Their online installation videos are better but really fall short on specific details. When you contact them, staff members are very polite but don't know the answers to installation questions. They just give you the bum's rush to get you off the phone. Two of my online requests to clarify something in their instructions were never answered. They can't blame all their problems on COVID19..... It's really a shame when they have a good product but can't help you with the correct info to install their products. There is absolutely no way anyone can install their railing system correctly if you follow their very basic and limited instructions.
