My son, 5 at that time, had to get one of his tooth pulled out and the dentist suggested he should be put under general anesthesia. I wasn't comfortable with that so she suggested that she could use laughing gas to help him relax. I wasn't happy with that either but she made it sound like those were my only 2 options. Me not having any experience back then, agreed to it and they started the procedure. Suddenly my son's oxygen level dropped quite low. He was completely pale. I still get goosebumps when I picture his face. I was terrified. The dentist was terrified. I could see it in her face. Anyway I knew I had to look for another dentist who respected my choices as a mother. I was introduced to Dr. Yao and when I shared my concerns with him, he said alright, we won't do anything that you're not comfortable with. He pulled out my daughter's tooth without the use of laughing gas or general anesthesia. My kids aren't traumatized at all! In fact they LOVE Dr. Yao and look forward to seeing him every 6 months for their check ups. He's absolutely amazing with kids. He's very knowledgeable, very patient and ALWAYS listens to my concerns and gives me a clear path/advice to follow. His entire staff are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place!

Hands down the best dental clinic I have been to. The front lady is friendly and cooperative and the doctor is amiable. He listens to you , understands your concerns and provides the most efficient feedback. Totally recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and the wait time was minimal. I appreciated how the Dr took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer any questions I had. His attention to detail was impressive and I felt confident that I was in good hands. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and I was amazed at the results. My teeth have never looked better!

This is my dental home, doctors work is more like a spa treatment for me :) This is the best dental outlet, very friendly staff and Dr Yaosan very skilled, excellent at extractions.
