Called to book an appointment to get my nails done - asked for a tip to fix my pinky nail as my nail is cracked. The lady said they can not do that there I have to go back to the place i went to ... i explained this is my real nail and is breaking and i will like to get a tip to fix it. They can not do it because they do not have the colour.... yet that IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! useless

Best nail salon in Milton. The staff are so friendly and did an amazing job on my nails. Would 100 percent recommend to go there.

I recently moved to Milton 5 months ago and this spa is 5 mins away. I read reviews and decided to try a salon down the road instead as the reviews for this location were not the greatest. I went to a crowded salon and received a pedi I told them I lived closer to Ocean and a lady in there mentioned they were not good. I had another pedicure a few months after that at another salon and they would get 2 stars from me simply because they did not use a bag and their polish came off too fast for shellac. Now fast forward to this week Wednesday which was my birthday and I was running behind and needed a pedicure badly. I decided to go to ocean. I called earlier and made my appt. The lady was very nice and calm on the phone. When it was my time I went in and was greeted nicely. The spa was clean there was a few clients in chairs. A lady asked what I needed I told her I had an appt and she had me sit for two seconds while she set the water. I sat in the chair and everything was perfect. I asked her to remove my ingrown and she did her thang! To me thats how I know I got a good pedicure because they take that out ! She chose a Color closest to my nails at the moment and applied it. I paid and left truly satisfied. When I got home and took a look I kept saying to my bf that this is the best pedicure Ive ever had !!! And I couldnt understand why the reviews were so bad !!
