I went to get an acrylic refill yesterday and they asked me to pick a colour from the options they gave me. Once I had finally chosen a colour they told me those colours arent an option anymore and gave me a new category of colours without giving me a proper explanation as to why I cant choose from the first options they gave me. Once they had finished I noticed that they hadnt fully removed the previous colour I had on my nails and so you can still see the blue behind my nails. I also noticed that they didnt paint the tip of my nails and just left it as white. Once I went to pay she charged me the same amount she charged me previously for a full set even though I got a refill this time so it should have been cheaper. I tried to explain this to her and she just told me this is the price and yet again wouldnt explain why she is charging me the amount of a full set for a refill. She wasnt giving me the time of day and was rushing me even though she had me waiting 45 minutes once I got there because they no longer do appointments. I come here all the time and tip well. I am very disappointed in this experience. I will not be coming back to this location. Service: Dip powder

The nail techs are very qualified, however the service itself is quite unprofessional. A friend and I came in with a 5pm appointment and did not receive service until 6:30. There was one person doing both our nails and we ended up leaving at 8pm. There were people who came in after us and left before us despite the high volume of customers. Unprofessional and disappointing.
