Nice One Nails

I used to come here all the time. Now I wont be. Two days ago I came for a pedi and shellac mani. She cut into my cuticles on my right foot so much that I have three infections on my first three toes. The nail tech also said my hands looked good so she was just going to do a polish change but then she charged me $35 for a full manicure at checkout. You just lost a regular customer.

Pathetic service. Rude behavior. I had been their customer for two years. But since the change of management their services have declined drastically. Never going to visit them ever. I had my eye lashes done by Jessica few days back which did not even last for 3 days. Charged huge amount from me. When I went back to show them, they rudely treated me and categorically denied to fix their own fault. Jessica and her boss were initially very sweet before the service but afterward when I went to complaint, they were devilish. Don't visit them!!! save your money and dignity.

I used to come here all the time for acrylics and today I was so disappointed when I went in again after a couple of months when the management changed. I was so excited to get my nails done for a convention that was happening soon so I called and asked if they were available and they said they were so I went in. After getting my nails done with the design that wasn't complex and was probably the normal size for acrylics I go to pay and the new "manager" has a sticky note prepared with the pricing on it and I was so shocked at the pricing. For the past while I had been paying $50 plus a $10 tip making my total $60 I had gotten this design multiple times before in different colors and it came out to be the exact same price every time. Now as I look on the sticky note it has the original $50 price but along with it it has a "long nail fee" which I had never seen before and is never done unless there are large or extra large or double XL nails and these nails were barely considered medium so that was a $10 charge and then on top of that there was a $15 design charge for a design that was very simple and anyone could do at home but I wanted to go somewhere the next day so I decided to go and get it done. I am in no way bashing the nail artist who was incredibly sweet and is the only reason I'm not giving this review one star, she is absolutely talented and deserves amazing pay but these absurd charges are the reason why I cannot get over this new management. If you are trying to get money for inflation straight up change your prices or even if you want to charge these absurd absurd absurd fees at least write them down that there are long nail charges there are design charges etc. Instead the management decided to randomly put them in on your total so you would not be able to change them or change the size, the design or anything at the end. If they had told me in the beginning that there would be these crazy charges I would have gotten shorter nails or I would have gotten a simpler design or I would have asked to get a different type of nail because I ended up paying $74 and that was because I paid cash. If I were to pay with card it would have been around $85 for nails I usually pay $60 including tax for. I love the salon and was so happy when I first found it out about a year ago because they had amazing nail techs and had amazing prices that weren't crazy like some other salons and we're at a reasonable cost that both the nail techs were happy with and the customers, now with the secret hidden fees I urge anyone who is going there to keep asking whether anything they do is going to cause an extra fee or in general just do not go there as they're way better places they do not try to scam you out of your money. I'm never one to leave reviews but I thought this was very necessary and this is my first bad experience at one of the places I thought was amazing, I probably won't be coming back so I am trying my best to let other people know about all of these ridiculous things that they're charging.
