Pedi N Nails - Milton | Walk-Ins Welcome*(Subject to Availability)

Used to be a regular customer and this place used to be good. Last time I visited (4 days ago) I was overcharged and unhappy with my nail shape but the technician did not care. Only 2 days later, 4 nails have chipped, and 2 more had the gel polish separating from the nail. I say you save your money and go elsewhere because these nails sure werent worth $75 and didnt even last 4 days. EDIT: even after contacting management, I have not received any assistance or offering to fix the nails. They didnt even bother to reimburse the overcharge amount. Very poor customer service along with their poor nail services.

I keep giving this place a try because its conveniently located near my home, however, I will not be returning anymore. I called on a Tuesday to book a Friday evening appointment for my daughter and I. The girl on the phone did not book the correct services, which was apparent when I showed up. Instead of letting me know they wouldnt have enough time to finish both services before closing, they rushed and my nails look absolutely horrible. I mustve had about 5 different ladies that worked on my nails and I felt bad because they finished about 30 minutes after closing. You can even see they left a piece of lint that is now embedded in one of my nails. One of my daughters nails is already coming off. They look horrible as you can also see. Previously before this appointment, I had a shellac manicure that was peeling off in day three. Photos posted are day three gel nails. Pedicure was ok, no complaints there. They obviously have organizational issues with time management and appointments. Very upset because I paid almost $200 for my daughter and I. Service: Nail extensions

Love this place. I come here at least once a month for bio-gel nails and pedicures. All the techs know what they are doing and do great work. I always get compliments on my nails and have never had any issues with them breaking or coming off before they should!

Kayleen did my mani and pedi. Extremely happy with it. Will definitely come back and recommend their services.
