Oh what should i say??.... This place is great! Jill was great, she knew her stuff and made the "car buying experience" fun. When I called to put an offer on a vehicle TJ stayed late to work out the deal. And Ricardo took care of all the paper work and made the process painless. Thanks guys

It took them 5 weeks to repair a fairly common transmission issue (clutch master cylinder failed). Five long weeks with poor communication on a car with only 30,000 km. The service manager, Calvin, is incompetent and not trustworthy - for 3 weeks, he couldn't procure any argon gas to weld ONE cage nut. He also made a direct promise that it would be finished at 4.5 weeks, but that didn't happen. Nor could he get me a loaner car at all. The service advisor, Ryan, was pretty great though. He did his best working around the broken management and processes, I feel sorry for him. Avoid this unless management changes.

I dont know what to say, the person answering the phone was incredibly kind so I was excited for my service here, but then when I got to the appointment desk, the person answering the phone there was very rude and patronizing to me when I didnt know something. I told her I would find it out and call her back, but Im not gonna call back. You guys need to find better people to answer the phones. Youll never get a lot of business if the first person interacting with the customer is horrible.

I cannot give 20 stars out of 10. I came to know this skilled, and accurate, Ford Repair facility from the recall notice on 2009 Lincoln MKS. I had a problem with a stuck AC Door Actuator which street mechanics said it would take 8 to 10 hours of disassembling the dash. Whiteoak Mechanic replaced the AC Actuator in 45 minutes WITHOUT having to take apart the dash!!! Second problem with inaccurate fuel level and extreme gas consumption. Been to MANY street mechanics who did not know what was wrong. These guys identified the problem with some Purge Valve and finally car reads fuel mileage correctly (from 300 km on a tank to 680 km !!!). Street Mechanics did not know what was wrong. I am very thankful and very appreciative of the ACCURATE diagnosis and repair done. Amazing, amazing technicians and a must-consult if you have an issue that is going in circles from street mechanics guessing and not knowing what to fix. Thank you for two amazing jobs.
