        I came to branch today Lori and Michael helped me by Lori was so rude and was getting annoyed when i asked her to set up pin on my card and asked to increase the limit for my e- transfer. She was rolling her eyes and getting irritated. I think people should not get annoyed if they are working as customer service. I always have good experience but she was rude

        I just had my appointment cancelled half n hour before the scheduled time without any courtesy call from the branch rep (Maria Sanchez). No one even bothered to reschedule the appointment. Is this the kind of service you provide, Scotiabank?! I called the branch multiple times and the branch rep but no one answered my calls. And ofcourse, no call back yet. Please dont bother banking with this branch. Horrible customer service!!
