The bank tellers are nice here and the manager. The problem here is the financial officer. Her name is Ayah D. She is not friendly and i find her unprofessional. She is supposed to help people but her demeanor is very judgmental and unprofessional. I tried emailing her and did not even respond to the email I sent. She needs extensive training and needs to be compassionate about people who needs help regarding their financial situations.

Came to branch. Was treated rudely by teller. And hold for security Id have ti css as l and number Which was not the cor number at as l ygey wrote down and cone back to beach again ti terrify situation BIG waste of time and I said as much. Id shown my ID. And card. Used ti be enough What was asked made no sense Anyway. I ended up speaking with Paulina The manager who did get the situation solved at least. At least situation was rectification
