        No surprise that there are multiple complaints about their customer service. I also see I was not the only one who had to deal with Judy-Ann Brown. Her and the manager whom I forgot the name did not treat me and my wife well at all. I will not be banking with hsbc at all, Im glad I did not open the account. Now Im with CIBC and the process was much smoother.
