        Worst branch ever visited. Arrived at 9:35 for a simple coin deposit. Did not get done until 10:05. Was told a couple of tellers called in sick and we're waiting on replacements. The client ahead of me gave up and left. The whole time the single teller was taking care of what I can only imagine was a customer with needs beyond his abilities as he kept asking for help. Not at all what I would expect from a world class bank. The whole time I was waiting in line I watched senior reps walking in and walking by and chatting when they could have stepped up and helped with the growing line for teller service. Get it together CIBC. Banks have competition. You have to earn your customers' loyalty.
