TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I wanted to share my amazing experience at this TD Canada Trust branch. I went into this branch today to open a bank account I already had but had stopped using for over a year. I had been serviced at the bank teller area, which is where is was welcomed by Ali he was friendly and honestly went above and beyond to get my account back open help me solve my overdraft balance issues and also assisted me with getting money back into this account. He took the time to explain everything in great detail including the account I was signing up for, how much monthly account fees would be etc. Ail and his manager (who I didn't get the name of but wish I did) made me truly feel like they cared about my needs and concerns. I'd like to thank Ali and staff for making my experience with this td branch one I will not forget, I won't go anywhere else!

Yeaterday i go there and meet saumya kaushal Personal Banking Associate. She is very nice and helpfull to be honest she treat me very good and the way she explain each and everything is amazing moreover she clear all my doubts and guide also how to protect your account from frauds. So i say thanks to Saumya and suggest to all whoever go to this branch open account through saumya i promise she will never disappoint you because she has a lot of knowldge about banking system

Staff is not well trained to support customer request and creates new problems for you..also staff is not willing to help each other if one doesnt know what to do..
