BMO Bank of Montreal

I went there to start an online business account for my business last year, as a recent grad. I did not receive proper financial advice. Any time I tried to seek more guidance, I received none. I will not be recommending BMO to anyone starting a business and have since moved my primary business banking elsewhere.

Ravena is a very bad person. She is a member of RRS. An organization who hates Muslim. Because of her I closed my in BMO Cheque in account. She should be laid off

This branch doesn't even deserve a single star... I have been attempting to contact the branch while abroad. I needed to remove overdraft protection and provide a letter confirming cancellation of this financial tool. I needed to provide this to a lender for a home purchase overseas. The branch does not answer their phones, voice messages or emails. I was able to make an appointment with someone, they were limited in what they could provide at the time. Unfortunately, the form the provided did not meet the requirements of the other lender. Now, I have been trying to get in contact with the branch for another 5 days... Do not give this branch your business, this is absolutely appalling in how they cannot even provide a representative to answer calls. TD Canadatrust all the way.
