        The teller, I think his name was Mohammed was great and so was front desk, they listened. But Sandy waited for it all to be over before he came back out. Be careful of that guy, he covers his own. I thought I was being heard with this professionalism. I made the good decision to come back in to cancel a further appointment - to basically keep my word. And the guy was laughing. He's not authentic. I've gotten beat up by this company for years. You know when you have f up ideas on love, care and appreciation? Well today didn't help with that. This company used to stand for something great, and there were staff here - who do. But when the manager shows how he deals with stuff, your employees - the new ones are looking at you. Gotta go to somewhere I trust to resolve this. Cried in the car.
