If I can give zero, I will this Scotia bank is my branch.I was with them for ten years I went there with ID just because they dont have the same ID its became a problem. The waste my 45 minutes there trying to figure out if they should give me a new card or not. The manager told me I cant not be mad or he close down my accounthe end up closing my account and gave me a check the fact that they wont give me a new card because they saying PR ID in my file not my my G Lenses and meanwhile I losted my wallet so I didnt have the same I D on me. Horrible, horrible manager horrible place I would never go back to this place again. please go somewhere better. Thank God they offer me credit card and I never end up using it not even a dollar. Bad place to do business

I went today to withdraw some money from the bank machine and the machine gave a $ 20 with a missing corner, a good part of it. I left the bank without checking each bill, when I realized that one of the bill was missing a corner I returned to the bank. It happened to be 5 minutes after closing, the security told me to come the next day, staff was still inside and none of them bothered to talk to me. I travelled first time to get the money from the machine, second time I returned to have the bill exchanged, and the security told me to come tomorrow to have it changed. I returned the bill through the door hoping that they will help me, they did not even bother to open the door to give me back the bill. How much money I lost ($ 20, plus my time and gas), are you willing to pay me for the whole hassle? Who cares about my time and money, nobody.

rude customer service by one of the older brown lady at the bank teller. I came in for help to change my account. gave attitude for asking for clarification on why my account was changed. i can do without the attitude. never coming here again.
