CIBC Branch

Impeccable service, the guys work overtime and until the last customer. They help us until 21:30 when they close at 20:00. So, we can open an account on the day of arrival. Thanks for help Taman, Karan and Anurag

I've been already for a 2d time in this branch and as a customer I was pleasantly surprised of the entire experience here, the effort and professionalism of the team at the Pearson airport branch is really impressive. You should be here to see under which pressure these guys are working here, people are coming non-stop here and still CIBC team is handling all the requests in a kind, polite and professional manner. Special thanks to Jashanpreet Singh and Karan Kharbanda who assisted me with opening a debit account and later on helped to apply for a credit card. Great job! Well done guys, your branch is a role model of how to provide a proper customer service on a high professional level

Horrendous customer service. Zero communication amongst the staff, which resulted in me waiting 20-30 minutes to only be told that the service I was looking for was not available as a result of technical issues. Absolutely wasted my time for no reason at all! As a CIBC customer, Im appalled.

Would have given zero stars if I could. Any bank branch I have ever been to, has a cashier section, and usually some financial representatives. These guys don't have a cashier. So if you are unlucky like me, you may end up waiting for more than a hour for some representative to answer your questions or issue a check for you. Extremely poor design. I would not call this a "bank branch" .

Most useless bank branch in the city Why have employees and management or be considered anything other than an atm...drove an hour out of the way when I could have used any ATM in the province if that's what I needed...
