For whole week calling to solve an issue in my online banking account but no reply (hang on after 60-90 min for more than 6 times), at the end they asked me to visit a branch, at the branch they didnt know the process, I was feeling that it is the first time for them! After 5 years of banking with both TD and RBC, I can say TD is way much better

Went in branch today without appointment. They were nice enough to get me in to meet with investment advisor. Unfortunately he had so much Cologne on , I had to leave. I was kind, when i informed him. He didnt apologize, just glared at me and was indignent. Overall since the pandemic bankers are losing their professionalism.
