        Poorest and most inconvenient timings! Is there any business sense in Mon - Fri timings of 9:30 am to 5:00 pm? The branch is open only when you are working. At bare minimum, it should be 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

        The branch manager decided to confiscate my debit card without telling me. I had wasted an hour looking for it while he decided to be sneaky and keep it. Will be switching branches.

        terrible customer service at this branch. i called on saturday jan 07/23 and left a message with my name and tel no. and a brief message for a call back. its monday jan09/23 4:15 pm and i have not heard back from nobody from bmo. its been 3 days im sure they were open today. very disappointed with there customer service.
