The sign says the ATM machine lobby open at 8am. Yet here I am at 815 and it isnt open! Thats 3 days in a row I havent been able to access my money! Someone isnt doing their job. Not good customer service thats for sure.

if you like being disrespected and told that your business is not valued in the most politest ways that i have ever seen please go ahead then bank with RBC. You can place complain and complain and nothing gets done i have been calling now for 3 days and every time i get a rep they hang up on me and that just proves my point all along. SAD SAD SAD SAD greed seems to be winning here. Good Luck

so im a server and i deposit my tip money periodically, I went and put 280 into the atm it was fine, then i went to put nearly 600 more in and the atm ate my money. this was Sept 12 2022. (the girl's name was Nyre) I called [them] and explained that 280 was successfully deposited (i have a receipt) and then the other amount was eaten and i was given an error receipt. they said in 2 weeks id get the money back. TWO WEEKS AS IF IM RICHHH 2 weeks passed and they gave me a little over 300... i called and they said ya because the other 280 was deposited, but that was a completely separate transaction (as if they couldnt see all the hundred and fifty dollar bills in my hand for the second transaction on the camera footage. so they said 2 moreeeee weeks and the rest would be given back, its October 4th now!! nothing! i dont get the benefit of robbing someone like me, i have osap payments to make . on top of that, i go to a human to deposit everytime now and they have the audacity to tell me to use their ghetto ATMs. waiting until i get the rest then changing banks.
