I am very satisfied with customer service. Mostly I deal with Japleen, she provided very knowledgeable and professional service. She also tells current incentives given by BMO. She guided me to get cash back visa, I did that,now I am doing my all shopping by using that credit card. Thanks for all this.

I opened a business account, and i am getting to conclusions to close it and move on to another bank. Very poor service. Suppose to be business friendly but it's not. All my line of credit and business credit was declined and took over 1 month to fix it. Now I wanted to withdraw money from other branch and I am told my main branch didn't post my signiture into system so I they can't give money.. so main branch need to fax my signiture ... any way no fax after an hour and finally branch let me withdraw by checking other ID.... I am easy going person but bottom of line tired of BMO

This bmo location is the best I have been it's very clean and staff are friendly but professional charnish did a really great job he had excellent customer service
