Made an appointment there to talk about my RRSP. When I came in my first question was whether I can cash my RRSP investment. The BMO representative looked at my account and told me that NO I cannot cash it. However, the name of my investment is called cashable rate riser something. I told them that it's probably cashable just judging by the name. The guy went to talk to a few people came back to me and said that yes it's cashable. So basically they gave me the wrong information, originally. If I have not pressed the issue I would not be able to cash my RRSP. I am a finance professional myself and that is why I was able to resolve this, but imagine if some old lady walked in with the same problem - they would just tell her the wrong answer.

I have been banking with BMO since I was 4 years old and had an incredible experience with my home branch until my late 20's. Unfortuantely my home branch had significant turnover and the new staff were not as friendly or helpful and I began to start losing trust in BMO. I essntially have all of my financial products with BMO and most importantly support them through all of my direct and indirect business dealings. I now live closer to another branch and decided to give the Clarkson Crossing branch a chance before I began the search for a more personable and dedicated branch. In general the staff at Clarkson Crossing are very personable and welcoming, but in particular I had the good fortune of meeting Vito. Vito consistently goes above and beyond anything I would have ever expected from a personal banker. With a newborn and a toddler at home, plus a demanding job... Vito makes the daunting task of getting anything administrative done at the bank an absolutely pleasant and pleasureable experience. I now feel the comfort of home at the Clarkson Crossing branch and my faith in BMO has been restored. A huge thank you to the hardworking staff at BMO Clarkson Crossing. - PN
