        Horrible. The ATM gave me a broken 20$ bill and the branch would not take responsibility to change it.

        Every single CIBC atm that showed pesos in the terminal was out of pesos... We tried three different ones in three different places. Seems like they don't fill them anymore so don't plan on using them if you've relied on them in the past when travelling.

        Employee by the name of Sidra has the worst customer service and is a complete b****. Unpleasant visit. They need to find new employees.

        Disappointed cause the credit card rep tested my knowledge AND SHE WAS WRONG. After telling her I won't t get approved for a credit card. She insisted that I should apply BECAUSE EVERY ONE GETS APPROVED. These agents must be on commission as she was rite it did take less then 7 minutes. BUT WRONG and didn't get approved good work CIBC

        Amazing hours and one of the reasons why I continue to bank with cibc but very slow service. Staff is confused and cannot follow simple instructions. Took almost 30 min to get a draft and the teller put the wrong name on it.
