For me the first time i visit Scotiabank, i went with my friend ( she is senior and new comer ), i want to thanks MARY CORIC, because her services so professional, kind and very passionate with my friend and explained all the steps to us and helping us how to write the money check, the other person i want to thanks KASIA, she nice too and helping us to open US dollar account In that day Im start thinking to move my account and start with scotiabank, i hope all the banks will be the same like them Thanks TINA KURDI to giving us best customer services ever with your team and i loved how to think in different ways to help other by sealing books, candies and water

I'm not sure if it's a management issue or it's an employee issue but at this location, they REDUNDANTLY take their sweet time doing absolutely nothing. Filler actions. This is a place of business, you're at work. Serve me and let me get the HELL out of your branch so I can run my business and continue with my life. Tellers are a glorified cashier, let alone at this location. Truly lethargic location. Take pride in your work, have some self respect.
