ATM is accessible only during working hours. This defeats the entire purpose of ATM in the first place.

Today I visited Mississauga Branch. The staff was very helpful and explained very quick all the features. They answered all my questions fast and accurate. My banking experience was super!!!

Recently ICICI Bank Canada changed their debit cards from Mastercard to Visa. They never informed the customers and the customers couldn't use the card for any kind of payment at any retail outlet. When called them , their answer was okay we will send you the new card. New card arrives and it doesn't work too. How can you do this to the customer putting them in an embarrassing situation.

Unprofessional people and poor customer service, they dont value others time call them 1000 tyms and visit inperson too but they value nothing, please dont go with them for any service !!! Horrible staff i dont know for what they are in the building on chairs !!! shame !!!

Worst bank in Canada. They dont sent your credit report to credit bureau and also they havent mentioned about the credit score. I was using their credit car for 9 months and after that i got 0 credit score.
