CIBC Branch with ATM

I had just landed here 2 days back in Canada and had to get my account open in CIBC. But were unable to book appointment, since it was all full till next 2 weeks. Had directly walked-in and Rekha Singh helped me out though she had already been fully booked. She offered to help me and went out of the way to assist me. She was very kind and answered all my queries(related+unrelated) with a smile on her face. I really appreciate her deeply and grateful to have met her that day :). Since to a person who is new to a Country, helping hands like this really matters a lot.

I visited this branch , end up having very Bad service from Manjot she was very rude to me & her hair was all over could her face could not do the computer. I am visiting this branch from last 11 years never had this bad experience.

The worst branch there EVER was. Do not waste your time here. They are discussed with each other ZERO knowledge about what CIBC Teams can offer and ZERO knowledge for the advice.
