        Had a pathetic customer service experience at the Bristol branch today and the irony is the person who didnt cared about me works at the branch as Customer Experience Manager.. Lol! TD kudos to you , you rightly identify that giving customer experience is important but you clearly forgot to Train your staff. Honestly the issue i had could have been dealt easily if this gentleman was trained to enhance customer experience. I think instead of customer experience manager please change the job title to Customer Experience HINDERANCE Manager. I would have closed my personal and business accounts and any Relation with TD immediately only iff I had not issued POST dated cheques from this account to a builder.

        TD charged me $48 for NSF and then when I went to get a bank draft for this missed payment a teller - young Indian girl - expected me to pay an additional $9.95 and wouldnt waive it. I went to the next closest branch and didnt pay.
