Reviews do not lie! It is very sad and frustrating dealing with Aneezah Khan for a credit card application. Not only do I meet the criteria required for the credit card, she kept harassing me with more paystubs and mortgage statement. I have given her the paystub & T4 which she is still not satisfied. Unbelievable how they do not use common sense at all! It is a week tomorrow and still she has not approved my credit card application. I have requested the manager to contact me as the service is poor and frustrating. No wonder about the reviews at this location!!! Poor frustrating service!!! I am waiting for the manager to contact me. The grief I am experiencing to apply for a credit card is unbelievable! Never ever I had such an issue with all the other banks that I deal with! This is not acceptable at all!
