Menopause caused me to lose my eyebrows! Literally had 5 hairs on each one. Alicja took me in and spent 1 hr and 30 min mapping my brows. After each step she would make me sit up and check the work. Finally we both agreed on the shape and then she went to work powdering them in! I am absolulety thrilled with her work. She was kind, considerate, and listened to all my concerns. I'm not a vain person but I can't stop looking in the mirror right now! After 3 long years of pencilling in non-existant brows I can now just get up and go! I am recommending her to all my friends!

This was a bad experience customer beware! This person does not have enough experience to be offering permanent lip colour services. I had my lips done here and should have realized when she was struggling with the pre pencil shaping to get the correct shape of my lips that I should not proceed. The results are still , almost 2 years later a daily reminder of my mistake coming to this studio. The pigment goes outside my lip line and looks like I have some permanent stains on my face. It's terrible. When I asked for a partial refund it was agreed upon that I would receive a partial refund, it was not a lot of money but it was the principle. Of course this never happened and I was given every excuse in the book, the pandemic, next month, I have bills to pay, I'm going to pay you at the end of the month...I never got reimbursed. Do notI don't like writing bad reviews especially for other women as I love to support women entrepreneurs but this needed to be posted! Alicja did my blonde powder brows and the results are AMAZING!! My eyebrows were really blonde before getting them done, and she made them come to life! She is SO talented, so sweet and professional, and I am so glad I went to her for my powder brows. I love them so much and feel so confident, thank you so much Alicja!! I also get my eyelashes done every two weeks - her eyelash game is on point! I highly HIGHLY recommend Studio POSH for your brow and lash needs! She is my brow and lash girl for life now

Alicja's work is neat and detailed; she takes great pride in her work, however a word of advice, she needs to listen to what her client's wishes are AND she needs to ask the client's permission before posting their pictures and videos on social media.
