I have been calling for three days to leave a message for an appointment for a haircut. ( Thursday, Friday and Saturday) There have been no return phone calls. I am starting to wonder if this is a legitimate business. I too had a Groupon voucher but I did not state this in my voice mail just in case they were avoiding my call because of it. How unprofessional not to answer the calls when the phone rings or not to call back after leaving a message. Is this business a front for something else. Very odd. Service: Hairstyling

I havent used the services yet! Im trying to book an appointment to redeem a Groupon voucher I have I have left a Facebook private message as well phoned the salon and left a voicemail and no return call to set up an appointment Its not starting very professional already! Lets see when I will be able to go in (it seems I may have to go in person to set up an appointment) and then I will put another review out there about the services! But to start off already not a very good thing left a message last week and a phone voicemail today and no response from either the Facebook message or voicemail call! Im giving a one star rating due to receptionist service!

I called asking to get a refill on my Oway shampoo and conditioner. I set a date and time with the owner to come in. I arrived and she said the hair technician had accidentally taken the main bottle home with her in her bag. Thats was fine - things happen. We scheduled to meet again in a few days - Sunday afternoon - the owner Julie would come in specially for this even though the salon is not not normally open then . So I left my empty bottles with her and we agreed to speak on Sunday. I called and no answer all day. I have been calling all week and left 3 messages. Very unprofessional and confusing?? Did she just want my bottles? EDIT: I left my phone number in 2 of 3 messages. I didnt think I needed to leave it all 3 times. Its also very odd how it took you only an hour to respond to this review but you couldnt pick up your phone for a week. Can I get my bottles back at least?
